Kalibrate uses AI (Anthropic Claude) to assist with role kalibration conversations, scenario generation, and transcript analysis. Your assessment responses (profiler answers) are scored using deterministic algorithms, not AI. Video response transcripts may be processed by AI for behavioural signal extraction. No assessment data is used to train AI models.
Assessment data is stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL) with row-level security policies. Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access to candidate and team member data is restricted to the hiring manager who created the session and platform administrators.

This assessment uses a forced-choice ipsative psychometric instrument measuring 24 behavioural traits. Results are percentile-normalised against population norms. The assessment is designed to identify behavioural preferences, not to measure ability, intelligence, or aptitude. No single assessment result should be used as the sole basis for an employment decision.
